The founder
Stacey Chaya
Born and raised in Amsterdam, Stacey Chaya has never been interested in the ordinary. In 2022 she founded Ukiyo Bar, after noticing that high-end events looked polished but lacked taste, atmosphere and soul. What began as a mobile bar grew into a high-end hospitality concept known for its unforgettable concepts and service at the highest level of the luxury segment.
With Ukiyo, Stacey created concepts that were bold, unexpected and impossible to forget: signature cocktails at the FHM500, refined street food on the golf course at Masters Expo, and moments for houses such as Louis Vuitton, Porsche and BVLGARI, and for exclusive business and supercar clubs. Every detail was designed around one question: what will people remember?
That question is where Maison Nox began. Long before it had a name, Stacey was already connecting brands, directing moments and turning ideas into worlds. Maison Nox is the house she built around it.
